We were all humans until…

Adam and Eve were created from the form of sands and were delivered to the Earth as a punishment for their wrong doings. Many years they have been separated and finally met up each other and live together by just the two of them for years. They then were having pairs of twin and Adam and Eve by the justify of God had asked to marry their twin by differents pair. Where both identical twins must marry another identical twin. One of the twins did not agree with the decision because he wants to marry his own twins who are prettier than the others. The hatred lived had led to the first case of the murder in this world and it was for the first time people lost humanity and human are not being equal to each other.
Some might say this story only applies to Muslims. If we want to see from the perspective of monkey. We are born equal as homo sapien until the different knowledge come and tell us that we are originated from homo Erectus which is the type of ape. This new knowledge had divided us toward three categories of ideologies. Those three are people with religion facts who believe that we were originated from Adam and Eve. The other were proudly said that there were, based on fact, history and science had transformed from homo Erectus to homo sapien towards a better human. The last categories are those who did not even care what were they are made from and basically they are human nowadays and equal by the name of human.
Had we ever ask ourselves, do we (as Malaysian) were equal to one and another? Live in differents races, different religion, and different cultures how can we yet say we are common and equally each other. The idea of having the terms “Bangsa Malaysia” was a good approach to binding us to become together. Yet, do we excited with the spirit of those who did not relate to us.
Sad to say that Malaysian had experienced ambivalence in acceptance the facts that we were one Malaysia. The racial issues had been tumultuous and not beneficial to variety races society around this motherland. When we trying to create an identity to see us as whole there always the person who will anomalous and rejected the idea to being equal. A lot of issues that we had experienced mostly cause by aspersion toward the good initiative. The denunciation of Malaysian in rejected the idea of being equal is always been our challenge to become a Malaysian as a one.
Yet, what actually had being the root cause of this thing. First and foremost, we are being apart from each other not because of what we are born to. Yes, I am a Malay, you are Chinese, and he is Indian so what? Ain’t we all human? We are human by the root. The differents is the advantage and disadvantage that we were carried to make this Malaysia more colorful. The thing that separated us apart is dispassionate that teaching to us since we kids. We were being molded by our surrounding with negativity and hatred. The comfort zone that made us involved in people with same color and same language had made us becoming more communal. We were being allergic to be called a Malaysian by forgetting the differences that we had.
Besides races factors, religions also the main issue in Malaysia that prevents our harmony and equality. These days, liberalism was an extreme word that will be condemned if we try to achieve it. The overused expression in making remarks using the religion had created various opponent toward religion center and religion remarks such as Hudud, usage of Allah in other religion. Besides, we also had an organization who were proudly attacking each other religion just because of differences in religion that can not be accepted by us though we not a follower of that religion. As an example, hudud being attacked by another race though it only applied to Muslim. Meanwhile Muslim in Malaysia is sometimes being not fair in other religion in Malaysia. Thus, religion had made us lose our equal just because of the misunderstanding of the followers.
We also lost our equality because of politics. I couldn't agree more with this statement. Politics played the biggest part in dividing citizen of this country. We have been divisive by all the party either intentionally or unintentionally. Words in a newspaper can describe Malaysian politic are so tragic. We lose friends and family just because we have different ideology. We are forced to have a side and that is so pathetic. But words may not be enough to overcome those fraying forces. This has been a violent and tragic summer, and it follows a period of pronounced divisiveness in Malaysian political life. The promoters of national unity may be outgunned, both metaphorically and literally.
Last but not least, the factor that made us less human is the wealth that each and everyone had. We had been classified according to status and our lifestyle. Yes, this depends on others. In Malaysia, we had a lot of humble millionaires and we are great with it. But yet, the differences in the status of a person will make others feel that they are not equal. It almost impossible for beggar sits in the same restaurant with the attorney general. In fact, places like the city and rural area were not equal in status. Those with great mansion house are surely not same as those from folks area. We had a great opportunity for those who had a lot of wealth and least for those who have enough. In Malaysia, the poor are getting poor and the rich are getting richer by all the chances they able to get. Here come the differences among us. The wealth.
A lot of issues can be the factor of our disunity. We have to play a big part in solving it. Rather than restricted laws and organizing a campaign, we must first inculcate our own self and our family members and friends to be a good person at first. The change of anything must be started within ourselves. We should have our own initiative to become more united not only as Malaysian but as human itself. Let's start with a simple act such as, forget the differences and become a oneness. After all, we are all human by the creator.
After all, we had a lot of issues that can divide us. We lost our national unity because we always thought that we were born difference. Most of us are did not care about the sameness that we share. Based upon all the differents thing we had, we were same as human. We were equal as humans until race disconnected us, religion separated us, politics divided us, and wealth classified us.
